Completed SMCC application form, the student portfolio together with the application form for F.1 Discretionary Place from EDB, should reach the school general office from
3rd January, 2012 to 20th January, 2012.
* Office hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Sunday & public holidays: Closed
The following items should be enclosed in the portfolio:
a.
Photocopies of P5 & P6 academic reports
b.
Photocopies of Certificates / Awards (P5-P6 only)
c.
Photocopy of the P.6 Student Record Form
d.
1 Stamped self-addressed envelope
* Recommendation letter from Primary school is NOT necessary.

Upon receiving the application form, the school will assign an application code to individual applicant.
4.
Short-listed students will receive a letter of invitation to attend the interview held in March , 2012.
5.
Applicants can check the list of interviewees (Application code) after 5th March 2012 on F.1 Admission, School Official Website.
