(A) Application Procedures
1.

a.

Students from the 2 feeder schools (St. Mary’s Canossian School and Holy Angels Canossian School):
Application form will be distributed to P6 students by their class teachers in early December, 2007
(Yellow for HACS and blue for SMCS)
  b.

Students from other schools:
Application form can be downloaded from the school website (Please use white A4 size paper)

     
2.

Completed application form, preference slip from EDB, together with the student portfolio should reach the school general office from 3rd January, 2008 to 29th January, 2008.
* Office hours:

    Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
    Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon
    Sunday & public holidays: Closed
   
  The following items should be enclosed in the portfolio:
  a. Photocopies of P5 & P6 academic reports
  b. Photocopies of Certificates / Awards
  c. 1 Stamped self-addressed envelope
  d. P.6 Student Record Form
     
3. Upon receiving the application form, the school will assign an application code to individual applicant.
   
4. Short-listed students will receive a letter of invitation to attend the interview held on 5th April , 2008 (Saturday) or 12th April, 2008 (Saturday)
   
5. Applicants can check the list of interviewees (Application code) on F.1 Admission, School Offical Website.

4. Social Awareness 10%
5. Attitude 10%
     
(C) Results will be published in July 2008 through the Central Allocation.
