Editor's Note

Welcome to the second issue of the school electronic newsletter, The St. Marian 07-08.

All school activities are the results of the concerted effort of different parties, yet many of us often just look at the final outcome and overlook all sweats and tears underlying them. Just like the School Drama, we always admire the magnificent performance. However, we seldom acknowledge the hard work of all stage members, both backstage and onstage. Their efforts are indispensible and definitely deserve our praise too.

Prefects and Student Council Committees, who are the bridges between teachers and students, silently and uncomplainingly serve the whole school. They do not ask for any returns as they just have a common goal - to create for fellow St. Marians an environment conducive to learning in all aspects.
