| The following table lists the servers that are being backup, how often, how long the archive files are stored on other remote network attached storage devices and whether or not the archive files are duplicated for off-site storage.

Daily backups are performed Monday through Friday.
Weekly backups are performed early on Saturday evenings.
Monthly backups are performed up to 1 week after the end of the month, once a month with Offsite Rotation and then kept on the remote device with the said retention period.

- Full backups are not necessarily the complete server OS and data, but merely a complete backup of the selected/mission-critical files.
- Differential backups are changes from the previous Full backup and are only the selected/mission-critical files.
