Requirement

• Service requirements: F.1-5: once per term, F.6-7: two times in two years
• Log books (F.1-3) and record sheets (F.4-7) will be used to monitor participation .
• F.1-3 students should write your feedback in the log books to be endorsed by class teachers.
• The log books/ sheets will be collected for checking twice a year (after mid-year and before final exam). Please refer to the Online Announcement for exact dates of collection.

• Certificates will be issued every year for recognition.
• Because of the transition period of changing the system from counting the number of hours to counting the number of services, the accumulated number of services required for different levels of students at the end of the school year 2007/08 is listed below:

Reminders
**In the school, the Social Services Union, Young Canossian Helper, etc would provide some services for you to join outside school.

**It is, however, your responsibilities to seek services opportunities and take part in social services through different organizations.
