How
do you start your record?
1.
For F.1 to F.3 students, keep a record of the services you have done in your log books and put it in your personal portfolio folder.
2. For F.4 to F.7 students, print
the record forms and keep them in your personal portfolio folder.
3. Write
the date and the name of the service spent in the
form and get the signature of the teacher in charge or the stamp of the
organization within two weeks upon completion of the service.
3. You
are expected to meet the target
before the end of each term and submit your log books or forms to your class teachers.
